I’ve been there. I know.

You’re exhausted and aggravated with the lack of control you feel when it comes to losing weight. You want to eat better & move more but who has time? I was only 39 years old when I was diagnosed with pre diabetes. I was a mom to a 3 year old and a wife. I was too needed to lose this fight. I was not only fighting for my health but also for the health and well being of my family.

I used to go through the drive thru on my way home from work, eat a super-sized meal, stop at a random garbage can to get rid of the evidence and then go home and eat dinner as if I hadn’t eaten all day… and I STILL did not feel satisfied.
